Doug Groh

Doug Groh is a Consultant with CincyTech, having previously served as a partner where he led the investment process and engaged in investor relations within CincyTech's network.

He currently holds a leadership role at CincyTech portfolio company ActionStreamer, where he oversees strategic operations and growth initiatives.

Prior to his work with CincyTech, Doug was an Investor and Partner at OhmartVEGA (now VEGA Americas), serving as VP of Sales and Marketing until the company’s successful 2008 exit to venture partner VEGA Grieshaber KG of Germany. In 2009, he joined RS Solutions as VP of Sales and Marketing, where he also served as an investor, and remained with the company through its sale to WR Grace in late 2010.

A 2012 recipient of the Greater Cincinnati Venture Association’s Investor of the Year award, Doug continues to lend his expertise to the boards of various portfolio companies. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. When he isn't solving complex challenges alongside first-time founders, Doug enjoys reading, traveling, and hitting the golf course.
